SyndAccess Is Dedicated to Helping Eligible Patients Access Treatment
At Syndax, we are committed to helping eligible patients access the treatments they need. The SyndAccess Patient Assistance Program may provide financial assistance to help with the cost of treatment for eligible patients. Financial and other eligibility criteria may apply.
Examples of Eligible Patients
Below are circumstances for uninsured and underinsured patients. Requirements and eligibility criteria may change.*
Patient is currently enrolled in the Medicare Part D benefit and has coverage for Syndax medication but is experiencing financial hardship
Patient has prescription drug coverage, which does not cover Syndax medication (and patient has exhausted all available medical necessity exception or appeals processes); must be able to provide two (2) separate documented denial letters (eg, PA denial followed by an appeal denial) supporting appeal(s) attempts and outcome
Patient participates in Medicare and is eligible for Medicare Part D coverage but is not enrolled in the Part D benefit
- Patients who qualify will receive Syndax medication outside of their prescription drug benefit for the duration of the calendar year. Patients must meet income requirements. If needed, electronic evaluation (TransUnion) W2 and tax return validation/documentation.
Dedicated Certified Nurse Support
The SyndAccess patient services team consists of dedicated nurses who are here to help patients with case management, insurance navigation, and follow-up touchpoints.
SyndAccess team members speak to every patient who is enrolled in the program. They understand the needs of patients and caregivers,
and can provide answers to questions about:
- Insurance coverage
- SyndAccess enrollment
- Treatment questions (eg, how to take their medication)
SyndAccess nurses cannot make treatment decisions and information shared is not a substitute for the healthcare professional’s medical judgment.
